1. Medical Disclaimer

HEAL U is a medical facilitation and coordination agency. We are not direct healthcare providers. All medical assessments, surgeries, and clinical treatments are performed solely by independent, licensed, and Ministry-approved doctors and surgeons in Tunisia.

2. Limitation of Liability

While HEAL U audits all partner clinics and doctors for safety and accreditation, patients are responsible for their clinical choices. HEAL U shall not be held liable for clinical outcomes, surgical complications, or disputes between patients and medical practitioners.

3. Service Agreement & VIP Packages

By booking an all-inclusive VIP medical package through HEAL U, you agree to the terms of service covering transfer services, hotel bookings, and coordination. Cancellations and modifications are subject to our refund policies as defined in your individual patient contract.

4. Governing Law

These terms of use and the services provided by HEAL U are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any legal disputes arising from coordination services shall be resolved under Tunisian jurisdiction.
